The charming residential area Bjäreterrassen was completed in 2018 and consists of characteristic Scanian longhouses designed by architect Stephan Gip. The semi-detached houses on two floors have a lovely light and plenty of space for socializing.
This house is opposite the pool and has a garden and patio in a sunny location.Entrance level contains kitchen and living room in open plan with sofa group and dining area with large dining table. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and, in addition to the basic necessities, also has a little extra in the form of global chef's knives, wine and brandy glasses, stick blenders, etc. The living room and kitchen connect to the patio and garden.
On the entrance floor there is a bathroom with shower, wc, wash basin and laundry column with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe as well as a reading corner. Upstairs there is another bathroom with shower, wc and wash basin.Upstairs there are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds with clothes hangers and dressers and wardrobes respectively.
On the upper level there is also a hall with a view of the garden. There is a workspace and office chair here for those who want to be able to combine travel with work.
Outside the house there is a private parking space and in the area there are shared spaces with the possibility of parking additional cars free of charge.
You have sole access to the entire house with garden and patio. The pool area, tennis court and orangery are shared with other residents in the area.
In summer, this house is rented out for whole weeks with arrival and departure on Sundays.
The house is equipped for self-catering, which means that household utensils, blankets, pillows and essentials are in the accommodation.
