Welcome to this house house located on the popular Bjäreterrassen in Torekov. The house is in a sought-after location with a garden and patio with evening sun facing the tennis court and quiet footpath. On the patio there is a dining area, barbecue and lounge furniture (summer time).
You and your family live here within easy reach of everything that Torekov and the Bjäre Peninsula have to offer. You live a couple of kilometers from the cozy harbor area and have walking distance to both the golf club and the beach.
In the area there is a common pool area with sunbeds, pool, showers, toilet and sauna and a tennis court (open in summer) and a cozy orangery with a stove and table and chairs for about twenty people.
The charming residential area Bjäreterrassen was completed in 2018 and consists of characteristic Scanian longhouses designed by architect Stephan Gip. The semi-detached houses on two floors have a lovely light and plenty of space for socializing.
Entrance level contains kitchen and living room with sofa group and TV and dining area next to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with everything you could possibly need. The living room and kitchen connect to the patio and garden with evening sun.
On the entrance floor there is a bathroom with shower, wc, wash basin and laundry column with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as underfloor heating and heated towel rail. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and chest of drawers.Upstairs there is another bathroom with shower, wc and wash basin. Upstairs there are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. On the upper level there is also a hall with a view of the garden. There is work here for those who want to be able to combine travel with work.
Outside the house there is a private parking space and in the area there are shared spaces with the possibility of parking additional cars free of charge.
You have sole access to the entire house with garden and patio. The pool area, tennis court and orangery are shared with other residents in the area.
In high season (midsummer to mid-August) this house is rented out for whole weeks with arrival and departure on Sundays.
The house is equipped for self-catering, which means that household utensils, blankets, pillows and essentials are in the accommodation.
