In the middle of Påarp's horse farms and cow pastures, you will find this fantastic cozy house with large lawn, sunny patio and beautiful views out over the fields.

The house is located in Påarp on the Bjäre Peninsula, one (in our opinion) of the absolute coziest areas on Bjäre. Here you live with nature as a neighbor but have at the same time only about five kilometers into the village of Torekov with restaurants and cafes etc.

Lovely plot with large lawn and terrace with sun all day.Here can you really be alone and just enjoy the peace, no disturbing traffic then the road outside is a minor dirt road, but the occasional tractor may have the roads pass by sometimes. On the patio there is outdoor furniture and a grill.

The house is 85 square meters with an open plan kitchen and living room. IN the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee maker and toaster. The dining area has a table and chairs for four people and the living room has one large corner sofa with plenty of space and TV. The balcony doors face the balcony with dining area and lounge group and grill.

Here There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a 110 cm bed and the third with 105 cm bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes for storing clothes. Two bathroom with wc, shower and wash basin and washing machine in one bathroom. Hall with hat and shoe shelf.

The there are plenty of parking options inside the plot.

In high season (midsummer to mid-August) this house is rented out for whole weeks with arrival and departure on Saturdays.

You have exclusive access to the house and garden, but we have an office in nearby and are available should we be needed.

The house is equipped for self-catering, which means that household utensils, blankets, pillows and essentials are in the accommodation.
