The home
A well-equipped family home in Bjäreterrassen, directly adjacent to the shared pool area – the closest of the homes in the development to the pool. The house sits on a larger lot with a spacious lawn, making it a practical choice for families with children.
The ground floor is open-plan, connecting kitchen, dining, and living areas with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is stocked with premium equipment including Global chef's knives, wine and whisky glasses, and a hand blender – a detail that sets it apart for those who enjoy cooking during their stay. A workspace with garden views is available for those who need to work.
Upstairs are two bedrooms and a second bathroom. A third bedroom is on the ground floor.

Outdoor
The terrace has an electric awning for shade and a lounge area alongside the dining table and grill. The large garden has room for children to play and adults to relax.
The shared pool is directly next to the property – open June through August with no advance booking needed. A sauna is available at the pool area, bookable in advance or open when free. The tennis court is free to reserve via app and stays open through spring and autumn.
The orangery with its fireplace and long table can be reserved for larger gatherings of up to 20 people.

Activities
A cargo bike and two standard bicycles are available to borrow and are a practical way to explore the area. Please note that guests are responsible for minor maintenance during the stay such as fixing a puncture – as on-site repair service is not available.
Golf equipment is available to borrow at the property. Torekov Golf Club is within walking distance, and several other courses on the Bjäre Peninsula are reachable by car.

Location
The beach is a ten-minute walk away. Torekov village with restaurants, bars, cafés, a bakery, and a grocery store is about 2 km away. From Torekov harbour, boats run to Hallands Väderö nature reserve. Torekov Golf Club is within walking distance.
Skåneleden passes nearby. The Bjäre Peninsula offers several beaches reachable by bike or car, along with farm shops, vineyards with tastings, and some of the region's best restaurants. Båstad is approximately 15 minutes by car. Torekov Hotel offers day spa packages for those looking to add something extra.

Experience
This is a practical, well-equipped base for active families and golfers. The direct pool access, bikes, golf gear, and spacious garden make it easy to fill the days without going far. The Bjäre Peninsula does the rest.

Cancellation Policy: No refund will be issued for any reason. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
