The home
A well maintained family home on a private corner lot in Bjäreterrassen, a quiet residential area about 2 km from Torekov village. The lot backs onto a forest path, which gives this particular home more privacy and a greener setting than most in the area, something guests consistently notice.

The ground floor is open plan, with kitchen and living area connected and a wood-burning fireplace as the natural focal point. Direct access to the private garden makes the indoor/outdoor flow easy, especially for families. Upstairs are two bedrooms, both with blackout curtains, and a second bathroom.

Outdoor
The garden faces the sun throughout the day. There's a private terrace with a dining table, charcoal grill, and sun loungers. The forest-edge position means a calm backdrop and no rear neighbors.

Within the residential area, the shared pool is open June through August with no advance booking needed. A sauna is available at the pool area, bookable in advance or open when free. The tennis court is free to reserve via app and stays open through spring and autumn as well.

The orangery, with its fireplace and long table, can be reserved for larger gatherings of up to 20 people.
