The home
A spacious single-story home on a quiet street in Båstad, a ten-minute walk from Eskilstorps beach. The house has character with wood panel ceilings, Persian rugs, and a warm, lived-in feel that guests consistently notice.
The main living area connects kitchen, dining room, and living room in a natural flow. The glass-enclosed veranda extends this space further with windows on all sides and its own heating element, it works as a proper dining room for the whole group regardless of the weather.
All three bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with storage and a desk.

Bathroom
The main bathroom is one of the home's strongest features: a full sauna, bathtub, walk-in shower, double sinks, and WC, all in one generous space. It makes the house work particularly well for off-season stays when evenings call for something more than a quick shower.
A second WC and laundry room are available in the basement.

Outdoor
The house has terraces on both sides, a smaller front terrace that catches the morning sun, and a larger back terrace with a dining table. The natural garden provides privacy on all sides.

Location
Eskilstorps beach – a long sandy stretch just outside Båstad is a ten-minute walk away. Båstad town center, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and the harbor, is within cycling distance. Riviera Hotel and its restaurant is a short walk away. Malenbadet, an outdoor bathing area, is nearby and open during summer.
Hovs Hallar nature reserve and several of Sweden's top tennis facilities are a short drive away. Vallåsen offers mountain biking in summer and skiing in winter, approximately 17 km away.

Experience
This is a house that works across seasons, the sauna, veranda, and fireplace make it as comfortable in May or September as in July. Close enough to Båstad to walk or cycle for dinner, quiet enough to feel like a proper retreat.
