The home
A character home from the turn of the century on a quiet street in Torekov, 200 meters from the sea. The house was fully renovated recently with new bedrooms and new kitchen but the original feel is intact: exposed timber beams, high ceilings, and the kind of proportions that modern holiday homes rarely have.
The ground floor connects living room, kitchen, and the glass-enclosed veranda in a natural flow. The veranda has sliding doors that open fully towards the lawn, making it easy to move between inside and outside on warm evenings.
Both bedrooms have double beds, wardrobes, and washbasins. One is on the ground floor, one upstairs.

Bathroom
The bathroom is located in a separate small house in the garden, a short walk from the main house. It has a shower, WC, washbasin, and washer/dryer. For nighttime convenience, there is also an additional WC inside the main house (cold water only).

Outdoor
The garden is private and sheltered from view on all sides. There are lounge chairs, a grill, and a dining area. The glass-enclosed veranda extends the living space outward and works well on cooler evenings too.

Location
The sea is 200 meters away. A walking path follows the water from the house into Torekov, reaching the sandy beach in about 800 meters and the harbour in about 1.4 km, with restaurants, a bar, a bakery, and a grocery store. Torekov Golf Club is approximately 1 km away.
From Torekov harbour, boats run to Hallands Väderö nature reserve during summer. Skåneleden passes nearby. The Bjäre Peninsula offers several beaches reachable by bike or car, along with farm shops, vineyards with tastings, and some of the region's best restaurants. Båstad is approximately 15 minutes by car.

Experience
This is a house for those who want to be close to the sea without being in a modern development. The location, the character of the building, and the private garden make it a good base for a summer week in Torekov whether that means golf, swimming, or simply walking into the village for dinner.
